Heres a story that makes you cringe one of those worst nightmare ones, like shutter island but real. imagine walking down the road one day minding
your own business when this happens.

anti-psychotic drugs after being mistaken for a runaway patient.
The unidentified man was picked up by police on December 16th and brought to Graylands Hospital in Perth because he matched the description of an
involuntary patient who ran away two days earlier.
Hospital staff also mistook the man for his mentally ill doppelganger and injected him with a dose of Clozapine — a strong anti-schizophrenia
medication often only administered when other anti-psychotics fail.
Meanwhile, the escaped patient returned on his own to the hospital that same day.

That's a MISTAKE. Especially when that healthy man is injected with incredibly strong antipsychotic drugs. Which, by the way, damn near killed him.
And it's a good thing, too! But I'll get to that part in a minute.
Things only got worse when they got to the mental hospital, where silly means of identification like fingerprints apparently aren't considered
