Although I appreciate your post, there is one thing that you and so many other people do not understand or comprehend...... A gun is property, you have the NATURAL BORN RIGHT to own ANY property you wish. You may use it however you want, so long as you do not harm anyone or violate their rights or property. The 2nd Amendment unfortunately means diddly squat to you or I. We had the right to bear arms since man first walked the earth, we do not need a piece of paper to reiterate that or to protect that.

WE are the authority. Government ONLY HAS the authority to regulate commerce....THATS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can make no law, code, statute, ordinance or regulation which would abrogate our NATURAL BORN RIGHTS, which existed long antecedent to the CREATION of "government" by MAN.

Does anyone else understand or comprehend this? Just say NO to ALL law enforcement (read that as security guards for the corporation), AND give no name, as that is CONSENT TO CONTRACT with these idiots. Stand up for your NATURAL BORN RIGHTS and tell the government to feck off and die!!!

WE have the RIGHT to own FULLY automatic weapons if we wish!!!! Harm no one!

I wonder, does your 'intuition' tell you that no one cares about your 'intuition', except you? Of copurse, if I think there should be some sensible gun control laws, I must be less than a man, right? I mean, if I were a 'real man', I'd want eveyone to have their own tank, right? What's wrong with me, caring about 20 gunned down First graders? I should just calling those kids wimps because they weren't carrying weapons themselves, right? You gun freaks ar ALL the same. If some one questions your logic, that person MUST be unworthy of serious consideration. I sure am glad all you open-minds are the ones who are armed.

What you said is true. Except that we are no longer in a Republic. It is a Corporate Democracy. We no longer have a "government" as most people visualize such. It all comes down to what your status is. If your status is US citizen, you have NO RIGHTS, only privileges that can be revoked at any time.
Started with:
Gettysburg Address in 1864,
and the Incorporation of
District of Columbia by (Presidential) Legislative Act of February 21, 1871, under the Emergency War Powers Act and the Reconstruction Acts.
Then reorganized June 11, 1878
--16 Stat. 419 Chapter 62

a " Corporation"
with a legislature was established,
with all the apparatus of a distinct government created (Incorporated) by (Presidential) Legislative Act,
February 21, 1871
Forty-first Congress, Session III,
Chapter 62, page 419

On June 20, 1874, the President with advice of Senate abolished and replaced the 1871 government with a commission consisting of three persons.
18 Stat. at L. 116, chap. 337

A subsequent act approved June 11, 1878 (20 Stat. at L. 102, chap. 180) was enacted stating that the District of Columbia should 'remain and continue a municipal corporation,' as provided in 2 of the Revised Statutes relating to said District
(brought forward from the act of 1871)

"United States" is the "District of Columbia" incorporated.
"The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a State" Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. § 1785,
Also: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S. 0.1973, 14 L. Ed. 287

In UNITED STATES CODE, Title 28,
in Section 3002 Definitions,
it states the following:
(15) "United States" means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
usavsus.info...
As I've stated on other threads, if you are a US citizen you are screwed. You are a member of a corporation and must abide by it's policies(statutes). You are also collateral for the debt owed by your corporation from borrowing "money" from the privately owned "Federal" Reserve.
Do not consent? Heh, do you have a Social Security # ?
Do you live in a Federal Zone? In other words, do you have a zip code or use the 2-letter abbreviation for your state?
Do you use federal reserve notes voluntarily? or under duress.
Do you have a state issued marriage license/certificate?
If yes to any of the above, you have voluntarily contracted/consented.
If you want to own your "firearm" you need to export it from UNITED STATES INC to a state in the union of states.

See, wrong again, I care about her female intuition as I find the conservative women I know are a LOT smarter than the liberal males I know! .... and in a time of crisis, I would much rather have her on my wing than the likes of a person that can only sling insults but could never protect himself or family!
Oh, by the way I don't drink beer (or as put 'Sling Beer with my buddies) and I am a Christian, that doesn't mean I will turn the other cheek if slapped however!
By the way, look up "School massacre, Bath, Michigan 1927" a handyman was pissed because he blamed the school for raising his taxes, set stolen dynamite with a timer at the school, packed his car with dynamite and nails, went home bashed his wife to death with a hammer. Drove back to the school that had since exploded killing 47, when people came up to his car he set off the charges killing 5 more plus himself! I wrote about it for a local paper one time called "When Hell came to Bath"... oh, he wasn't a "gun freak and didn't use a gun or never owned one!
God Bless
