Has any one ever noticed this area before, if sio what is it? Is this the famous S4 which bob lazar spoke out about lol?

Sorry to disappoint but what you see is tunneling related to underground nuclear testing. If you look a couple of miles to the east you can see Yucca Flat in all of its post atmospheric testing glory.

Papoose dry lake, home to Bob Lazar's mythical S4 saucer complex is a further 20 miles.

its a fair poit you make regarding underground nuke tests but what evidence do we have to prove this? From the amount of material stockpiled to the south i get the impression of a substantial underground facility of some sort. Are there any clear evidence of a hanger or entrance at papoose lake?

Remember that underground testing requires extensive tunneling.

Read up on the Nevada Test Site, there were literally hundreds of underground nuclear tests throughout the immediate vicinity to your marker.

I believe the area you highlighted is known as Rainier Mesa in area 12.

Rainier Mesa is one of four major nuclear test regions within the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). It occupies approximately 40 square miles (100 km2) along the northern edge of the NNSS and corresponds to Area 12.
The Rainier Mesa area consists of both Rainier Mesa proper and the contiguous Aqueduct Mesa.
At 7,680 feet (2,340 m), the top of Rainier Mesa is the highest elevation within the NNNS.

Area 12 held 61 nuclear tests between 1957 and 1992, one of which involved two detonations. All tests were conducted below Rainier and Aqueduct mesas.
Area 12 was the primary location for tunnel tests and used almost exclusively for that purpose.

The tunnel complexes mined into Rainier and Aqueduct Mesa include the E-, G-, N-, P-, and T-Tunnel complexes.

While Gerry basically rediscovered Rainer Mesa, the interesting thing is the dirt pile. That is because there was real life tunneling. None of this nonsense where the tunnels are made with a nuclear machine that vaporizes the dirt. So much for that nonsense about tunnels with maglev trains crisscrossing the US. Or even that tunnel that goes from Vegas to Groom Lake. Doh!

One of the things to consider when viewing the NTTR with Google Earth is that it has many tenants over the years. There were mining operations on the range before the government stole, er I mean acquired, the land. Some of the petroglyphs on the range are unique. [Incidentally China Lake has ancient petroglyphs as well.]

There is lots of weird stuff in the desert from the cold war era. For instance if you've ever heard of korean airfield in the TTR which is esentially a mockup of a korean airfield from the korean war era. The is also lots of underground structures too which explains the weird entrances and marking on the ground.
