Here in Portland OR we have rain and drizzle.

But lot's of Christmas cheer and warm hearts.

I was just wondering how many out there are having a white Christmas where you live [Not that it's important or required] to enjoy family, friends and the holiday spirit. I'm originally a Southern California boy myself and didn't have or see my first White Christmas until my family moved North to Oregon when I was a teen. Since then I've had many. East Coast West Coast.

One Christmas eve I had to dig my car out of the snow 5 times. Oh yeah, if you have snow and some time off this may be helpful.

How to build a snowman.

Step one: Get the neighborhood kids to do it.
Step two: Pay them off Cheap, Hot cocoa with teeny marshmallows
Step three: Sit back and enjoy the mayhem and carnage............

Anyway wishing you and yours Happy Holidays.

Never seen a white Christmas before. Only ever seen snow a couple of times on my travels.

Most of the time even the coolest days here are around the 25C mark, and that was when I lived in the south of Australia.

Currently it's 29C here, and just a bit cloudy, after a bit of rain this morning. Can't be buggered driving the kids 50kms to the coast, where the ocean water is warm anyways, so we're dragging the cover off the pool and going to spend the afternoon chilling out, once Christmas lunch goes down a bit.

Small chance of dusting tonight in Toronto. Hoping for it, for the kids sake. It would be nice to wake up to. We're suppose to get an earfull of snow in 2 days. It is much welcomed after a mild autumn. Hope you and yours are all safe and sound at the moment. Merry Christmas to all.

Not too bad here. It has been in the 30's all day which is good for late December. As long as it is not a blizzard outside or below zero, I am content. Hope everyone has a joyous holiday full of revelry and good tidings.

It's been white here for the last couple of months, and we expect it to stay that way for a couple more months at least.

I'm north of Edmonton.
Lots of white Christmases up here

The temperature went up to 46°C today in Buenos Aires, absolutely horrible -_-

It's starting to rain now and it's getting a bit cooler. I hope it stays like that for a couple of days, I've been melting.

I wouldn't know what snow was.

We had a light, and very rare, snow fall this year in the hills....but that's the closest I get unless I want to go to the Victorian snowfields or fly to New Zealand.

It's nice to be able to share the experiences of others around the world via this forum. It's what I love about ATS. The serious conspiratorial side, the breaking geological events that are almost always heard of first on ATS, and finally the general, friendly, social side of ATS.

I love you guys. Have a very merry christmas.
