I'd would like to discuss with you all the benefits or "perks" of banning guns.

1. Increased police hiring leading to new task forces. There's a whole lot of guns and most people won't be handing them over just cause they are asked.

2. Less school shootings because ammo will be needed elsewhere. "(see perk one)

3. Inner cities will be come a joy to live in once again because no one will be armed except the police. (And criminals)

4. The black market for guns will become saturated making a pistol less profitable to sell. ( unless you sell in volume and the're can't be that many people who would take advantage of an unarmed populace.

5. Your chances of being shot will drop by 12% (math may be off but I couldn't remove police shootings as they will still be armed and they account for the bulk of shooting fatalities and injuries) but getting assaulted with a bladed weapon will increase....well a whole lot just ask England or Australia it's a large number per year)

6. Explosives will become the spree killers new weapon of choice and who doesn't love a good explosion

7. Our government has nothing to fear from the populace so maybe they will give us our freedoms back.

8. Some one has to destroy all the contraband weapons.(it's a real job creator)

9. If we are ever invaded by a hostile force we will be less inclined to resist being herded like cattle on to trains. (May save lives, depends on who you root for.

10. No more hunting except for bow sucks if you have arthritis

11. Fewer stop sign and deer crossing sign fatalities. Damn you red necks

12. Instead of being shot before your wife gets violated (during a home invasion) you get to watch then celebrate by being bludgeoned to death. Hope your into that kind of stuff.

13. Those life improving drugs you were given to make your final days on this earth bearable will bring armed junkies to your families door. (Happened last year) pre ban your gal would of mistakenly shot them post ,ban they will all have a nice cup of tea.

14. Police will be less aggressive no one has guns. No need for a swat team or tanks, apc, body armor, 9000000 hollow point rounds, drones, etc... they will just toss all that in the trash.......right?

15. It's a proven fact drug cartels hate unarmed populaces. So they won't further invade US territory if we ban guns. No be headings in the US that would be nice.

16. Deer will no longer suicide ram your car in retribution for their kin.

17. With people no longer deterred from stealing we can have a true communist utopia. I'd love to buy back my tv from my local pawnshop.

18. We could finally blame murders on murderers instead of those pesky guns they use.

19. With out guns all previous firearm owners will get a larger d ong even women.(credit to CNN for that totally true fact)

20. It will be safe to go hunting with Dick Cheney again.

21. It will finally prove the few can rule the majority.

Guns are only a tool, so if guns disappeared tomorrow not much would change.

You can't regulate insanity, or people that are nuts they will use whatever to commit their acts against humanity.
