Can the '2012` forum be retired next week?

Now that 12/21/2012 has come and gone, and the year 2012 will be over next Tuesday, can this forum finally be put to rest? There obviously was no natural disasters, Nibiru,spiritual awakenings, dimension shifts, etc. to coincide with the Doomsday prophecies or predictions with the supposed Mayan calendar end. Or will the previous postings be rehashed ad-nauseum? How about a more realistic "Fiscal Cliff" forum or other suggestions to replace the outmoded '2012' drivel? What say you?

Oh gosh I so hope they do retire it. Or at least on the first day of Jan, when iots 2013. It would seem good to not have to weed through all of the 2012 stuff.

Yep . 2012 Forum should be closed . All those 2012 related posts should be shifted into Hoax Bin . Mayans and Nostradamus Fooled us . There was no disaster , no spiritual awakening , no UFO landing and no collision with Nibiru

I dunno, I think the 2012 forum should remain open; to remind us of silly doomsday predictions that never came true. Whenever the next one comes, we can reference the 2012 forum! It'll be like the new "HOAX" forum!
