INTRO

good evening to you all, i am a 61 year old man who for the past few years has had quite a lot of free time in the evenings.my wife goes to bed early so i come up on the computer.please excuse the punctuation but my skills on a keyboard are limited and i cant be bothered to keep hitting caps lock all the time.i am interested in a variety of subjects but mainly ufo,s and free energy.i have been in engineering all my life and my hobby used to be trike building but that also has taken a back seat over the years.i look forward to joining the company on ATS ,thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Welcome to the site. Hope you aren't up till two in the morning like I am some nights I was always up till two when I was young but now it's a lot harder.

I haven t been here long myself. Still figuring things out and finding my way around. Waiting until I
get an avatar to introduce myself.... and the time. I get on here and get distracted then no time to do
what I planned

Exercise helps immensely for a good night s sleep. Even a brisk 1/2 hour walk.
