Why does the home page open posts in a new window instead of a new tab? I feel like I waste my time on the home page-because, if I should accidentally not "right click" every story I want to read and select "open in new tab" I will have 40 windows all over my desktop.

If every web site we looked at opened a link a new window we would surely not be surfing as much.

I hope ATS considers this burden and replaces the simple one line of code with:

Headline Title

Anyone else feel me?

Seriously this takes away many seconds off a persons day, and when you find a new route to work in the morning and save yourself 30 seconds everyday you cherish it. Since you know we all come here everyday-all day long to get our news-please hear us out.

If you're using chrome, just click the link with the middle mouse button i.e. the wheel, and it'll open in a new tab, not a window.

yeah, mozilla has no problem either. Maybe it's you? If I had something I wanted to change about ATS, it would be turning the new topic fire hose "auto-update" off, I can update my web pages just fine, I don't need this site using my connectivity to constantly request packets.
