Plato says young people are easily thrown off their balance by too sudden introduction to the excitements of free thought and speculation, and are apt to end by believing in nothing at all.

The way to step out of the matrix is to take a step back. Step right back and watch. Watch everything that is happening, everything that arises. Just watch, observe. Observe the sensation in the body, observse thoughts arising.
When you do this you will find that you are the silent one watching. All thought is watched, all sensation is watched, all movement is noticed. The one noticing the movement is still, silent.
The one watching is nothing at all. But feels like heaven.

Those without an inner vision, are a slave to their surroundings. They are easier to control. If you do nothing but "allow", you'll forever be in this matrix, just like a person who is holding you down, if you don't resist, you always will stay down in the "matrix" since you didn't do anything to "get up"...

The silent stillness (inner vision) feels the slightest movement and all happens quite naturally. Do not think that action will not happen - it will but it will be pure and untainted.
The fear is that you can be controlled but what is really controlling you is your fear of being controlled. You have to seek for those who can control you now because you know they are there. You are watching 'out there' for the bogeyman and inventing situations where the bogyman can get you. You have to protect yourself. This is the 'normal' human condition.

What we miss is that we are capable right now. We are always ok really. Nothing is controlling you but thoughts and ideas about what's next and whether you will survive.
The matrix is about the thoughts that tell you it is all bad, the thoughts that you fight with that will not give you any peace, that tell you it's not good enough, thoughts that tell you that you are not good enough.

almost Zen like but not quite, with the opposite of 'less is more' and slightly out of tune. Your right more will be less and going within will be solution.

If you want to do something and that choice is here - present, and someone says "no", that person is controlling you, and if you just "accept" and "allow it to be", you are being controlled by another person.

To say " it is what it is" cancels out the possibility of making change. You accept it rather than change it into something more desirable. For example, If a person is suffering, you can say "it is what it is" or you can actually change that by helping them and increasing the possibility of brightening up their day. If a person suffers, that can say "it is what it is" or try to change it to make it into something they actually want....

You are not being controlled by another person, you are being controlled by your desire for something that is not possible.
If helping a stranger happens, it happens. You are excluding yourself from the happening, separating 'you' out of the equation and then forcing a way back in. Trying to fit.
You don't have to do anything, it all happens on it's own. But there is no faith.
How can there be a relaxation into boudlessness when you are so desperate to do it right? The 'you' that is desperate is just noise, just thought.

I thought "I" wasn't being happened? That I was just the observer of all of "THIS"?

Whether it be by a "desire" or a "person" - there is still control - but it doesn't feel like this body is controlled if it is a desire - only if it is another person....

You are not a thing. Not a happening. You are completely content no matter which way events lead because it makes no difference because you are already completey fulfilled. Wanting something different means you can be controlled. There can be preference but not attachment to outcomes.
If you can be bought you will be a slave.

If someone is controlling you, only by allowing the knowing of that to be known will it change.
Are they controlling you, or are you both getting your needs met, somehow?

When one sees through the matrix, you see code. In the code is all life in all forms on all levels of vibration and then the sound. Then everything makese sence and vibrates and all is one, it is so sofisticated it has to be alien of origin...the Matrix that is !

So, someone says "don't do that" - and there is a noticing that they are trying to control the actions.

after this "noticing/pause" the action may still happen... or not.

If "fear" happens, then the action probably will not. If not, the action will probably still happen.

It is an "experience" (movie) playing from both sides, so both are experiencing this experience (Benefit being the wanting of experience from human body).

However, if the words lead to an instant reaction of "fear" or "oppression" then it will not benefit both sides only the one who is speaking controlling the action of the person.

Nice topic, though I don't necessarily believe with everything you are saying.

Yeah It may be the case that 99.99999% of our universe is empty space, but who is to say that space is actually even empty.

If we have the ability to make nothing seem as something then why not something seem as nothing?

With nothingness though, space and time don't exist. What you said is that in the nothingness there is space and time, which can not be true because nothing is devoid of everything. It's just that, nothing. No space, no time.

So, someone says "don't do that" - and there is a noticing that they are trying to control the actions.

So as soon as someone says 'don't do that', it brings the idea of being controlled? What if you were about to step in front of a moving car? Do you percieve that you are percieving situations a certain way? Reading things into situations?
The environment is moving, the body has to flow with the flow, but does not do it well because the mind is pre tending the next situation that has not arrived yet. It is looking for control because if it is in control it thinks it will be safe. But there really is no control except knowing that you will be there when all happenings happen.
One feels out of control because one is trying to control a future, not actually happening, event, so of course there is no control. When you are just here, you will recognize that here is ok.
It is also ok if the question 'why can't i do that?' arises - what's the worst that can happen.
