In school parking lots there are very, very strict rules on traffic flow, and parking.
The row of cars that includes Lauren Rousseau's, all of the cars are "backed into" the spaces. Even if when they arrived at school they were the very
first ones to get there, and took those "premium cold weather spots", by driving through ... the traffic flow indications in the parking lot,
(especially after spaces have already begun to fill up), are very clear.
When parking in a school parking lot, especially a school that has many hundreds of very small, short people running about, ESPECIALLY at peak flow
times of traffic, (teachers and students arriving), the traffic rules are observed.
If we look at google maps, we can see that the ratio of cars "backed in", or "parked through" ... to those that are properly parked is about 50-50. So
why on the morning of the "event" are all of the cars in the front row, except for one, parked in this manner?
