kind of hard to think that 10 small quakes are normal?
Close to area ......
Yes. Yes they do because they are charged particles...also called ions. Air is not composed of electrons. It is composed of atoms which are neutral. Air is also very low on the diamagnetic list. That is why magnetic fields penetrate air very easily and why it is not really affected by magnetism.
Electrons respond to magnetic fields
Or maybe they have sharks with infrared lasers on their heads.
And, it might be possible that HAARP actually emits UV rays to a secret satellite which has an extremely powerful laser or magnetic field director onboard so that HAARP doesn't have weather changes near the facility.

I don't recall HAARP being in Australia. The magnetometer is at HAARP...in Alaska.

Yes. Yes it is. But it isn't air either.
Neither is iron composed of electrons, but it is still affected by magnetic fields.
Air is composed of atoms of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, argon, and water (in vapor form). The number of electrons in these atoms equals the number of protons so the atoms are neutral. Air is not very diamagnetic so it isn't really affected by magnetism.
Air is made of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, argon, and small amounts of water, all of which have electrons, thus all will be affected by magnetic fields. Doesn't matter if it has to be a strong magnetic field.
Come back after you've done some research. You can start with diamagnetism. Then go on to ferromagnetism. Then progress to charged particles vs. neutral particles.
Once again you are showing your ignorance in physics.
