99.9999999% of Assault Weapons are not on the "street". They are on private property!

This line keeps getting one liner super status on the TV and radio......that assault weapons have no place out on the "street". Street being one of those vague rhetorical catch alls that the mind benders use. A phrase taken from the slang of our culture and used to undermine the more serious philosophies that are the foundations for the 2nd amendment.

You will notice the news mechine likes to drag out voices with some qualifications like....former NRA member in good standing, war vets, former this and that, ect ect.....they use them for sound bites to support, by using these terms like "street", to mean "home" and suggest that not only do assult weapon owners not need these guns but that they are irresponsible for having them......ahhh out on the "street" (which means home in news speak) as well.

I say again.....99.9999999% of all assault weapons are in homes.

Thank you for bringing that out. The "street" implies illegally held and a direct danger to the public. Firearms are private property.

Remember as well, that James Madison was clear in his writings supporting the new constitution over the Articles of Confederation, that the 2nd Amendment was the peoples tactical amendment......not a hunting clause. He was a philosopher with office...a POTUS.

Same with anything illegal. Prescription pills should be for prescription only but millions abuse them and they end up in the "street"

"Street" being a term for -dirty, transient or unlawful how the media uses it.

Almost everything "legal" can end up "on the street" becoming illegal.

Absolutely…and more importantly, 99.9999999% will REMAIN in our homes and OFF the streets. These situations are intentionally politicized and should be seen as nothing more.

You're thinking of assault rifles. Assault weapons is a manufactured phrase meant to make people envision machine guns, when the reality is assault weapons can be pistols or shotguns.

Well 100% of them would be in homes, I do not imagine many homeless people have assualt weapons. Of course crazy that shoot places up also all live in homes. So 100% of crazy people and assualt weapons are in homes. I do not see how that will make anybody sleep better at night.

It is intentional. Semantics plays heavily into propaganda efforts. If you are trying to ban something, why use terms that are culturally positive or neutral when you can use terms that have culturally negative connotations to describe the item that the government wants banned? We already know the media's position with regard to guns. They are the same as the government's. They are the propagandists of the socialist movement.

I support the 2nd amendment to bear arms.

I do not support bearing any kind of assualt weapon as that is not what the foundation and "spirit" of the right was written.

To bear arms for defense. Assault weapons are not defensive weapons they are offensive weapons.

How are mentally disturbed young men being identified and set up to be the patsy in domestic covert actions designed for 'problem-reaction-solution' programming of lawmakers and the general public in order to further the 'New World Order' agenda?

Early reports from Sandy Hook mentioned two or multiple shooters involved. This was reduced to one 'lone nut' as was the case in Aurora and many, many cases going all the way back to the original 'lone nut' in modern history: Lee Harvey Oswald.

Covert actions are usually set up in ways that one 'lone nut' (who fits the profile) is blamed and then it's an open and quickly shut case, case closed. This m.o. has been done successfully for years, RFK hit, MLK hit, mass shootings, John Lennon hit, you name it. As soon as lawmakers and the public are satisfied that the 'lone nut' in the media did it all by his lonesome, the secret agenda moves forward. Even in the case of 9/11, Osama bin Laden emerged quickly as the media's 'lone nut' just as Saddam Hussein had been the 'lone nut' who gave the USA 'no choice' but to invade Iraq and in so doing make the military-industrial complex and defense contractors much wealthier in the process.

I don't have any evidence that Sandy Hook was a covert op. But I do not rule it out, seeing as there is now such a big push to ban at least some types of firearms.

Anything used to inflict harm is an assault weapon. If i beat you with a spoon, its an assault weapon. the term is very broad.
