Edited My Avatar, But Now Cannot See Anyone's Avatars at All???

Okay, so I have recently edited my avatar and background by following this thread here:

and here...
www.abovetopsecret.com...

So in my profile it looks great, but when I look into threads I cannot see anyone's avatar or background image including my own!

What is causing this? I tried to make sure my attributes on my pictures were well within the limits.

Help please!

"Tool+" on the blue bar above - second field down says "hide member avatars and backgrounds" ( or close to that ). Click it.

That should fix things.

your nearly there. you have quoted it and that is showing up. quote it again and have a look at what is in the quote... you will see in square brackets the letters [ img ] you will to copy just that part.

Ah yes, the stars.....

What I did was hunt down a post which already had that star count and I did a "print screen" of my computer screen.

I pasted this image into MS Paint, cropped the picture to only show the star count, then I hit "save as".

Once saved as an image, I uploaded that picture onto ATS, and VOILA! You see it here in my post

So all you have to do now is the following:

1) "Right click" on the star count and press "save image as"
*try it now* 2) Save the image to your computer
3) Upload the picture onto ATS (following the steps listed HERE )
4) Click on the image in your uploads and copy the "use in a post" link
5) Paste this picture link into a thread for whatever post you like

Okay cool, it does work.

So when I quoted your message, inside the box where I typed I was able to see (pic]fd508ad103.jpg[/pic]

The first bracket in front of "pic" should be [ and not ( . I just did ( to avoid creating the image

I learned something new today, thanks!
