Wanted to share this with ATS.
I thought it was interesting..

Read the question, come up with an answer and then click through for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a man who she did not know. She thought he was ‘amazing’. She believed him to be her dream partner so much, that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister.

Question: What was her motive for killing her sister? [Give this some thought before you answer.

Answer on the link below.
Psychopath Test

I guess I'm not a psychopath, but one can aspire!

I think it's interesting that serial killers that took the test got that one correct. Do you have a link for the rest of the test? I'd kind of like to know what other sorts of other questions were on it.

Nope. Failed. And that kinda surprised me.

Thanks OP. That was fun.

this is more a question of logic than a test for psychopaths... that psychiatrists invented to have the freedom to lock up anybody. Stupid people are less dangerous to the system then smart ones

Has nothing to do with being a psychopath, it has to do with linear thinking.

How do you put an elephant in the refridgerator?

You open the door, put the elephant in and close the door

How do you put a giraffe in a refridgerator?

You open the door, take out the elephant, put in the giraffe, close the door.

The Lion, the King of the Jungle called a meeting of all the animals. All the animals but one showed up? Which one was missing?

The giraffe, it was in the refridgerator.

You come to a river that's the home of thousands of crocodiles. You have no boat and the bridge is demolished. How do you get across the river?

...

you swim across, all the crocodiles are at the Lion's meeting.

I thought that the man was an apparition, or "not real" at the funeral.

I failed the test, and I have heard it before. So I am not a psychopath, and I might have early stages of Azhheimer's. Not sure how to feel...

I answered as logically as i could. Why I might have done that had I been in her shoes. I did not try to think of any "punchline." I figured it must have been an affair or something. Nobody in their right mind would even think of killing somebody close to them to purposely have a funeral. I'm not a linear thinker either... Just not a psychopath.

36% psychopath, according to that second test.

0% Psychopath 28% Sociopath

From time to time, you may be a bit troubled and a bit too charming for your own good.
It's likely that you're not a sociopath... just quite smart and a bit out of the mainstream!

Sounds about right....

Peace

I thought her sister were allready hooked up with that guy.. hmm i failed

Also the other test told me
You're empathetic, loyal, and introspective.
In other words, there's no way you're a sociopath... but you can spot one pretty easily!

Now putting my Clark Kent glasses on and browsing all of you !

Guess I just need to try harder! Thanks for the additional link!

16% Sociopath.

lol

Here is a little better test for Psychopathy

This is an free online version of the Levenson Self-Report Psychopathy Scale

My score was 1.7 for primary psychopathy which put me in the 29.04% percentile of people who have taken the test and 2 for secondary placing me in the 24.72% percentile...

Remember, it doesn't count if you don't answer truthfully.

I think its worth knowing the number of "false positives" and "false negatives" in order to be able to judge this test.

eg... if 90 percent of psychopaths answer it, but so do 50 percent of NONpsychopaths.

I failed miserably

But I might have passed if they would have worded it correctly...such as -
...could not find him afterward... or ...could not find him thereafter...etc...
The site said it was worded correctly...and, no tricks... So, I assumed the apparent mis-wording was accurate wording and thus...he might never have existed (except in her dream...since - he was her dream partner)...
I wanted soooo...to be a psychopath.
