The thing is that an official government Department dedicated to UFOS is lying about the release date of a very confidential report that was first released by a French / English blog full of precious intel. You can use the 'translate' tool on the bottom right side and get all the texts in English. But the first link I gave is in English, a long comment of this SEPRA audit report (the former name of the GEIPAN, UFOS FRENCH GOV DEPT).

In a nutshell, it says: "get all the UFOs intel from the public to give them to the military and prepare answers to the public in case of big events".

I read the first link. Just got done in fact..and was still feeling a bit lost. The graphs didn't translate which were probably the most informative summary item there...and the text went through a machine translator so it was ..difficult.

Your summary there makes sense of it though! Another piece of the puzzle to keep handy when spots to place it someday come. So France's position seems covered. They know how much they don't know and figure changing that in the near future may be very important. Indeed.

The English link is an article about the content of the SEPRA (EX-GEIPAN) 2001 audit report which led to the creation of the GEIPAN. This article was written by a contactee / ufologist in 2005 who secretly got this audit by a well known French journalist (Bernard Thouanel) and was just ignored by many ufologists in France. But NOW, when this same contactee releases this audit report, the first reaction of the CNES / GEIPAN is to electronically publish it on their own official website, after an intense activity on the contactee blog about this report, to clearly avoid the public to go to this contactee blog and discover all he has to say apart this audit report.

It reminds the same kind of event with the US FEMA Pacific Peril exercize in 2006 scheduled on 23-25 May, 2006, AFTER the conditional tsunami alert released by this very same contactee.

As a result, this contactee releases a US NAVY Intel Officer email, a NSA Officer email, a CIA Officer warning and reminds us that this alert was conditional to the disguised nuclear test (called Divine Strake test) cancellation.

This Divine Strake test really was cancelled and the Iran Plans didn't take place. Nevertheless, fragments really hit the ground, but without damages.

As a result, no nuclear war, no Third World War occured in 2006. That was precisely the goal of this contactee who already warned about the danger posed by the nuclear weapons and plants for the ETs and the Deads, i.e. the spiritual world. Since April, 21, 2012, they got the real date from them LOUD AND CLEAR. And it is within end of december (they don't want to give the real date).

You surely have the explanation just above. I hope so. THE FIRST LINK TO READ IS THIS ONE. Three things are important:

1) the date of the audit report release by the GEIPAN IS AFTER THE ONE OF THE CONTACTEE BLOG (the official Gov UFOs Dept waited 11 years to release it, and then suddenly, because it appeared on the contactee blog, they release it few days after)

2) The GEIPAN is lying about this date (NOV 6, 2012, instead of DEC 2012)

3) The content of the audit is a HIT: "ask people to give us UFO intel, hide the main infos to the public, give them to the military, AND prepare answers in case of big UFO events (outside the circomstances conditions)".

I understand your point of view. The problem is that once you admit he was right for the CNES / GEIPAN audit report, for the conditional tsunami alert, for the CIA Sponsored Replication Alien Machine Project, for many other topics (available in French), you can also admit that they could be right for the "rapture" thing.

If they really leave Earth within end of December, you can change your mind if its open enough after that. Everyone has his/her limit. Silly or not silly, that's the question. But if they aren't, who then is.

Has anyone noticed that Michael Salla lied about the eviction of Eric Julien from the Exopolitics Institute in 2006?

This blog looks like a final step to get the real truth about their story, as if they weren't afraid any more about anything. Is it due to their real departure with ETs? Look, Julien put the secret doc for the Replication Alien Machine Project.

He did the same for different stories like the card of the policeman who was supposed to have investigated his disappearance in 2004. This policeman presents himself as a specialist in 'fabulous monsters' among other things (UFOs, occult sciences, paranormal activities). But he didn't make any investigation in the field where a UFO has landed. But military looked at this field from a small road above the house close to that field. So, he is not afraid to disclose specifics that would bring him troubles.

This strange behavior tells me that something big is brewing.

EDIT: Note that when using the 'translate' tool on the right side the word MEETING in the policeman article means in reality the REUNION ISLAND (Indian Ocean).

OP, it sounds like you're not completely sure what is so noteworthy either? Just explain in simple words what the big sensation is, please?

Is it a formerly secret report about how a government should prepare for possible ET events? If so, ok, that seems reasonable, it's the gov's job to think about national security.

But why are we talking about 'life changing' events?

I mean, it's interesting, it certainly is, but I think people expect there's some big revelation because of the way you word your posts.

There are two things to distinguish.

First, the audit report of the SEPRA.

Second, the nature of the anouncements in the blog of this contactee.


The first point:

The SEPRA (1988) was in replacement of the GEPAN (1977) with the same goal: COLLECT AND STUDY DATA ABOUT THE UFOS IN FRANCE THANKS TO THE CIVILIAN WITNESSES, through the GENDARMERIE (a kind of military police). It was then a CIVILIAN PROGRAM within the civilian CNES (NASA-LIKE administration in France). In 2001, an audit has been asked to know whether, or not, such a program had to be maintained, and what recommandations were to be made. This program clearly showed that around 15% of the UFOS were TOTALLY UNEXPLAINED. There were thousands of cases reported thanks to the PR plans on TV, radios and magazine. The public was really interested and fed the collection of data through the military police settled everywhere in France (thousands of sites). This audit report led to the new GEIPAN, another name to do the same thing, in 2005. But this audit report NEVER went public while it should have been the case. WHY?

Because it speaks about a new policy: gather data from the public, give them to the military, give some cases to the public, not the best cases in order not to get panic, AND prepare in advance answers in case of big events. In other words, this report recommands to HIDE DATA and LIE TO THE PUBLIC. This is what Julien exposed.

On the other hand, many TV shows ridicule the witnesses and the believers due to the lack of data.

Now comes our contactee. He secretly got this report in 2005 from a journalist, specialized in UFOS. He then wrote an article (SEPRA, civilian or military?) in which he claims that a new policy is taking place where the truth will be systematically truncated and then deformed. Nobody heard him.

NOW COMES HIS BLOG ON NOVEMBER, 17th, 2012 WHERE HE PUBLISHES AND EXPOSED THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT THAT NONE KNEW AMONG THE UFOLOGISTS, AND THE PUBLIC OF COURSE. BANG!

The GEIPAN (new SEPRA) electronically releases it on its website few days later in December 2012 while it announces it as if the date of release was NOVEMBER 6th, 2012, BEFORE the contactee blog date, and presents it as the starting point of the GEIPAN creation. THIS IS A PLAIN LIE!

1) the recommandations of the audit are just silenced. No controversy should pop up from this flat announcement.
2) the blog of the contactee is no more the entry point to this confidential report, confidential since 11 years! THERE IS NO COINCIDENCE HERE.


The second point:

Now, you are reporting the "life changing events" I was speaking about. The link is a coincidence but...

In one hand, the SEPRA report tells us that in case of big UFO event, prepared answers will be given to the public, i.e. with no direct relation to the big event since the answers are prepared BEFORE the event occurs.

On the other hand, the contactee says that he will leave the Earth in an alien spaceship with his girl friend within end of December 2012, and that is a big event, even a "life changing event", because it he and she will have a changed body when they will return to Earth few days after!

Normally, no one should take care about this kind of weird claim. BUT, because there is a but, he already showed us that ETs were in contact with him several times and gave him:

1) a world question (2003) to spread through a long comprehensive message (Do You Wish That We Show Up?) spontanously translated in more than 20 languages by the public itself,

2) the scientific solution (2005) of the UFOs and ETs behaviors, through a book (The Science of Extraterrestrials) thanks to which he was asked to work for a CIA sponsored Replication Alien Machine Project,

3) the date (May 25th, 2006) around which a possible giant tsunami could occur with the impact of a fragment of the comet SW3 if the US governement maintained its disguised nuclear test (Divine Strake) in order to bomb the Iranians bunkers. As a matter of fact, this test was cancelled ON May 25th, 2006, and he brings many proofs of such a danger from NSA, US NAVY and CIA..

4) a dramatic nuclear accident (2009 for 2011) in a nuclear plant after they leave the place they used to leave (Chattanooga). The most dramatic nuclear accident ever occured in 2011 after they left the USA at a time they didn't expect to do so.

So, the next step is their final claim for which they leave Earth and are transformed into another powerful couple once back on Earth in order to prepare the RAPTURE program and to DISCLOSE THE UFO / ET presence. It is what we can call a "life changing event". Their blog?
