Is the Moon a Mothership ?

The moon has always been surrounded by many mysteries
we havent been back to the moon since 40 yrs
and the US governement had many dreams to create bases and hotels on it
or no one would have spent billions to go there in 69 and then drop everything like that

The Astronauts saw something but couldnt speak of it until yrs later
made a nice thread 2 yrs ago that i have in my signature

dont wonder why it never rotate on itself like a normal planet
always showing the same side .. an elongated mega ship cant really rotate on itself
of course we would see it is elongated if it was rotating

No I don't believe the moon is a mothership.. I think it's a moon.. there are many of them in our solar system orbiting planets =)

The space race that took us to the moon was more of a chest pounding thing than anything else.. tons of money went into it and the idea was to show up Russia .. trips to space also used to be exciting for the general population who was very much behind it .. however, the population grew bored with it .. less and less people watched missions to space on television, the excitement and thus, public support for it dropped off BIG time ( apollo 13 film does a decent job showing that ).. it became very difficult to justify the huge expense of these missions to the tax payers... it's pretty well known how public opinion of these missions declined rapidly... therein lies the reason we stopped going to the moon.

Now trips to space happen and nobody bats an eye .. they don't care.. and that's sad.. It took something like the mars rovers to get people excited again, but compared to the first lunar landing.. even that excitement is only minor... kids used to dream of being astronauts.. it was a fantasy of many.. now? .. not so much I'm afraid.

For huge, costly missions .. you have to drum up support.. the NASA budget is a drop in the bucket of what it used to be.

I used to have dreams about the Moon once being the Earths inner core..

We will find out something tomorrow(Monday 12/17) if it is.... NASA is going to crash two probes...

The Moon is most likely an artificial satellite, think Death Star.

When it arrived and placed itself in it's perfect orbit and distance between us and the sun, life on this planet changed dramatically.

Instead of the previous freedom that all life forms on this planet experienced, we were suddenly locked into bondage by the massive gravitational pull from this object.

The tides were created with the appearance of the moon and we have been slaves ever since.

Mars also has a artificial satellite that governed and controlled its lifeforms before the sun died out a little and life left for the newly ready to be inhabited planet Earth.

emprisonning all soul on earth from returning home after a life
making earth a giant prison planet with infinit reincarnation cycle

There is NO dark side there is a far side, all the Moon is lit by the sun at some point during it's phases just because YOU can't understand the process doesn't mean it doesn't happen

That sounds like L. Ron Hubbard's scientology stuff if you ask me ..

The one other point that I'd like to make is that we're not the only ones up on space.. Russia goes up there as well and they aren't exactly our best friend ..but even beyond that.. China has sent imaging satellites to the moon along with Russia .. China is also not exactly a buddy .. The moon has been imaged, the landing sites for our missions have been imaged.. If there were any bases on the moon, they'd know about it .. We also have a commercial, private company that is planning a moon trip with something like 2-4 people... the government is doing nothing to stop that.. if they were hiding a moon base they sure wouldn't want private citizens mucking about.

The hallow moon theory sounds pretty crackpot to me as well .. either way, there's no evidence of it .. and the recordings of armstrong that are quoted above have never been verified to be true either.

There was also a video that supposedly showed them discovering a base on the moon that was largely circulated and people believed it despite the fact it was an independent foreign produced film who's origin was found, people still to this day want to believe it's legit..

Don't get me wrong.. these are fun ideas to think about, but I just think there's absolutely nothing to them that is substantial ultimately.

but we cant see the other side FROM earth
the moon is a safe outpost because human on earth cant see anything else
with their big telescopes then always the same side
except if you own a satelite or a shuttle that would make the trip around the moon

I've always felt it was a ship but seldom admit it in public. The most I'll say (and often) is, I believe it's artificial.
I don't believe for minute that the Moon is responsible for our gravity. The Sun is... IMO.

By the way, how do you know the characteristics of a MotherShip and what it can and can't do? Have you been on one or are you just surmising?

The video with the fleet of UFOs were given two 'earthly' explanations none of which I buy but....it's really a flock of migrating birds or...it's CGI.
I made a post about this awhile back where an amateur astronomer captured the same thing (unless what you posted is his?) So if an amateur astronomer can't differentiate between birds and UFOs, we might as give it up because many of us can't/won't rely on NASA to tell us what's what.

The similarity being that in Scientology, the earth is essentially a prison planet .. we're trapped here in human bodies and .. yadda yadda =) not exactly on topic, but it sounded familiar to me.

Also as the LRO is in orbit around the Moon that's why it can take pictures of the FAR SIDE because the sun shines on it as well!!!

Neither the sun OR the moon are responsible for our gravity .. the earth is responsible for earth's gravity, the mass is what generates the gravitational forces... you yourself have your own gravity in fact, it's just minuscule

Both the moon and the sun DO effect our gravity however... that is what brings tides to our oceans, generates the currents and helps keep things nice and liveable here on the planet .. since all of that ties in to weather patterns.. etc.

But no, neither the moon or the sun are responsible for gravity..

Please correct me if I'm wrong but out of all the planets that have moons, 166 of moons, we're the only planet that has only one. That's enough for me to questions, why!

Number one the Earth is responsible for the Earth's gravity not the Sun or the Moon

Number 2 those objects in the video if the were at the distance of the Moon they would be HUGE how come no one else anywhere else on the Earth saw them leaving the most watched object in space!!!
