Much thanks for the recipe. I just made a cream cheese yesterday evening and enjoyed it today, it was a recipe of Chef Tyler Florence. It was two
blocks cream cheese and a pint of sour cream with 3 eggs, etc.
Although I enjoyed the flavor it came out too creamy for my taste. I like a texture that is chunkier and drier. Is this the way yours came out?
Thick and rich and not too moist but on the drier side?
