Just have a few questions pertaining to Intellectual Property I would like to secure in regards to a games function.
There is an exact process that I would like to secure, I've looked and failed to find any patents in regards to this very idea so I am guessing there is nothing out there that is slightly related to it. Being in Australia, IP Australia just doesn't do anyone who is in pursuit of a patent justice.
- Can you in fact secure a process within a game?
It's a niche idea, just wanting to know how I pursue some sort of protection so that I can get the ball rolling.
- Do Non-Disclosure Agreements still have the same strength as they did years ago?

Thank you in advance for your time.
