Susperia, after some meditation on your dream a few things came to mind. I am going to guess that you are a pretty self confident person, yet you are afraid of heights or that you are afraid to challenge your basic religious beliefs. The tower is a point where you can see and where you want to go. You want to rise up higher in consciousness but are a little fearful of testing the spiritual water because they take you out of your comfort zone. The waters represent the emotions that you and everyone else are experiencing. The final aspects of your dream are telling you to not be afraid and that the power( blue beings are watching). I believe that the water element is going to become uncontrolled as with all of the elements of the quadrants. Fire, Air, Water and Earth.
