Just curious, I've seen "second line" in a few posts lately. What does that mean?

And my opinion on this judge...well, now in order to fulfill God's will, a woman first has to be willingly raped, then overcome the fact that you can't get pregnant by rape, and THEN God's will can make a rapebaby in her womb? I'm thinking there are elements of the Republican party who need to go take a grade school sex ed class - um...knowing how a lot of Republican office holders tend to get around young boys, maybe it's best we home-school them for this stuff.

Hopefully the judge gets raped soon. Then he can decide whether to dissociate and have mental problems the rest of his life, or fight it, and have his insides "shredded" while still being traumatized to the point of dissociation.

In general, I'm sorry to say, I've had very negative experiences with male professionals who don't take womens issues seriously.
Both my own personal GP and my mum's GP didn't take either of our health issues seriously. Mine was related to my ovaries, and I was met with ignorance, told many very unhelpful things and treated like I was a bother, and sent back out for THREE YEARS and six different male doctors before I got a female doctor (my surgery shares the patient pool, and you can't choose who you see - it's effed up) who took me seriously and sent me to a consultant. First consultant was male, dithered about, sent me for test after useless test. Asked to see a second consultant, who was female. ONE blood test showed her everything she needed to know, and she diagnosed me on the spot.

My mum on the other hand needs a knee replacement. She's in her early 50's and would still have a lot of go in her left, would be able to work again, if her knee was sorted. But her doctor will NOT send her to a consultant to get it checked out and sorted because she's too young. She has osteoporosis, and a knee replacement would greatly improve her quality of life. But no.

I'm not saying ALL male doctors are useless, or ignorant towards female patients. It just seems that professional male to female sexism is much more common and alive than it ever should be.
My sex shouldn't determine the quality of care I get FROM ANYONE! I expect to be treated the same as anyone else.

It's becoming a very real problem that needs to be addressed everywhere, for all professions.

The Judge, most likely, is a Sociopath, and the rapist is definitely a Sociopath.

Sociopaths tend to band together and support/stick up for their own. It's not really all that uncommon for Judges to be Sociopaths.

Sociopaths have no morals, no integrity, no empathy, no compassion and no sense of right vs wrong. They do have an intense need to create drama, chaos and disruption and they also have a strong sense of entitlement.

They also lack common sense, even if they happen to have a high IQ and/or an Ivy League education.

'Emotion center' and 'IQ' are independent of each other and located in different brain regions.

The 'emotion center' of their brains doesn't light up in fMRI's because it's underdeveloped, it just didn't develop properly ... regardless of their IQ, education, job title/position or socioeconomic status. It's not activated. There is no cure or treatment. They look normal, but they are not normal.

Society lets them (TPTB, corrupt lawyers and politicians, corrupt law-enforcement, Wall Street and Judges, to name a few) get away with really horrid, destructive, bad behaviors because so many people have been brainwashed to think one must be a foaming-at-the-mouth crazed knife-wielding serial-killer cold-blooded murderer in order to be considered Sociopathic. But, that's untrue.

The majority of Sociopaths are not diagnosed. They are free to live and to work amongst us - and they do. Sociopathy is usually confirmed by their victims. Most Sociopaths are not murderers or rapists. But, all rapists and murderers are Sociopaths ... as are those who don't hold them accountable for these crimes.

These 'empathic impaired ' - empathic disabled' individuals should not be in law-enforcement or a part of the legal/judicial systems where the potential to abuse their power is high ... because that's what they do -- abuse their power. All of them, all of the time. Part of being a Sociopath.

Sociopaths enjoy evoking negative emotions and they love inspiring drama, hence the outrage and anger the judge inspired and provoked.

Although I never condone rape, I find it refreshing that for once....it's not a man on the other side of this injustice getting the royal screwjob. Men have to deal with this type of behaviour from Judges, and vindictive women all the time in court. Men accused of rape, whether innocent or not...women and the law deem him guilty. Even If we can't have "real" equality without media smoke and mirrors.....we might as well be equally abused by the penal system. At least it will be true equality.

It is pretty scary that a judge has these kind of values and opinions 2012. I thought humanity had come much further.

And how does this moron think a woman's body shuts down to prevent rape? And if she doesn't fight back hard enough, does that mean she's accepting it? This man needs some education on women. We don't need someone that freaking stupid holding someone's life in their hands (judging cases).

I wonder how every woman Judge that puts hundreds of men behind bars for 20 years or more, simply because a woman "said" they got raped by the man, and without substantial proof he still goes to prison would feel...if this were her son?

I wonder what every woman Judge would feel, if it were her daughter that got taken to court during a divorce and monetarily raped of all finances, and rights to see children, simply because they were not a male.

Better yet, to get even more money taken from you monthly, insomuch that you can barely survive.....we'll call it ALIMONY......just because you are not a male.

Women speak of equality, but then want men to buy them dinners and be a nice guy (while they toy with our lives, as if a joke), and then they go and cheat on the nice guy that they beg for....want equality, yet do not want to have to live exactly like men.

If equality were true.......women would suffer in a divorce, and men could sometimes keep the children to use as a controller, as well as to get more money from women.


There is more than one type of rape, and women rape men of everything ...money, cars, children...you name it.

Men get taken through the ringer daily by women....this is "true equality"...suck it up and deal with it!

You didn't live back in the 20's and are not entitled to the remunerations of their suffering...if there really was any suffering, I would love to hear the mens side of the story for once.

Whatever the case....women today have had nothing but privilege, yet they want to be rewarded for their ancestors. Basically, yet another a free card...just like the affirmative action card. Who says they are "gold-diggers"?


This case here is what we men have had to deal with for years now, from women Judges!

No pity from me....you can take your pink ribbons and throw them in the garbage too.....no blue ribbons for the health and well-being of men..........You will get no money from me. Men should start scratching those pink ribbons off of cars to make this point, as far as my opinion goes. Save a woman's life who has breast cancer...but let a man with prostate cancer die!

I have no opinion really on this case...I just say....."welcome to the real equality of men....the free ride is over."

We get screwed in court, screwed by the opposite sex (not in a good way either) and get screweed out of our money and children...just because we are men.....get used to it!

...and I don't hate women, some agree with me. I hate those women who piss on the backs of men, and try to tell them it is raining. Those women, who are more like men than they are women.

I always see people write this on threads like these. I have first hand knowledge (not rape but close enough) that these men will turn around and blame their daughters as well.
Because of their mind set, it doesn't matter if it is some stranger, or their wife, daughter or granddaughter. It is always the woman's fault in their eyes.
