ok then, why would he discard the killing rifle and shoot himself with a handgun ?

why isn't the location of where his body was found being released ?

why would he ASK a teacher to "let him in" to a classroom ?

and lastly, how do you figure, since he was supposedly carrying roughly 200lbs worth of armament on his person, that he had any ability to be as mobile as this tale presumes ??

interesting article, although i find 3 glaring problems with it ...

1. "gunman in the Connecticut shooting rampage was carrying an arsenal of hundreds of rounds of especially deadly ammunition"

2. "Obama told mourners at a vigil that the nation is failing to keep its children safe"

3. "but he had more ammunition at the ready in the form of multiple, high-capacity clips each capable of holding 30 bullets"

and i probably shouldn't let this one slide either ...
4. Gov. Dannel Malloy said the shooter decided to kill himself when he heard police closing in about 10 minutes into the attack.

and here's why:
1. load weight - and - hundreds of rounds of hp aren't cheap.
*** also, the differences between load/clip sizes, in a rush, is not something an Aspie is willing or proficiently able to manage.

2. and what is different about this and the past 200yrs ?
whenever has this nation taken care of keeping its children safe ??????

3. hmmmm, 90 clips and several max capacity eh ??
weight ppl -- that's a whole lot of weight to lug around.
and, according to how this article is written, it would appear those max capacity clips were not yet loaded, so, where did he keep the bullets on his person ?? (10/30 shot clips = 300/6 boxes of 50 bullets)

4. not questioning the Gov specifically, but when the cops took 20 minutes to respond, how does he know Adam shot himself 10 minutes into the attack ??
how does he know Adam wasn't murdered himself ?

*** then of course, there is the proverbial ... "he broke a window to gain access" ...
what ? no one heard this ????

in a nut shell, i don't buy it.

Following the horrific tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown on Friday, tensions were raised again at the sight of nearly a dozen camouflage-clad SWAT team members carrying assault weapons who rushed into the church and a nearby educational center.

The Catholic church that has become a center of grieving since the deaths of 20 children and six adults at the nearby Sandy Hook Elementary School.


'Everybody was just rushing out. People just didn't know what do.'

President Obama arrived in Newtown at about 4pm to attend a memorial service for the 20 first graders and six adults killed in Friday's gun rampage at the elementary school by Adam Lanza, who also killed himself and his mother.

The president planned a private meeting Sunday afternoon with families of the victims and with emergency personnel who responded to the shootings. In the evening, he was to speak at an interfaith vigil at Newtown High School.

unfortunately, OUR expectations are far superior than what is upheld in said industry.

yes, they do get money from Universities, Charities, Govt ... but again, where did you think that money comes from ??

the FINDINGS are the problem.
often, the 'findings' are formulated to fit the desired result of the investors (pharmacological suppliers), which are also, seldom in the best interest of any patient.

sure do. need an example ?
without dissing any researcher in particular, here's an example:
flu vaccines --> a plethora of studies are available to support their efficacy ... read them closely.
many don't even provide evidence that the participants HAD the flu at the onset of the study.
many fail to provide a reasonable control group.
some even go so far as to differentiate regions by decade, then conflagulate decades so the results appear more effective than they actually are.

Poor quality research much be much more common than I hoped.

the research is likely quality research, it's the promoted "findings" that get manipulated to suit the buyers desires.

ok, there is alt medicine, there is alt theories, there is snake oil and there are proven results from home/self remedy ... so, which were you talking about specifically ?

everything natural has to do with 'science', why wouldn't it ??
isn't the 'science' supposed to be studying the FUNCTION of the body ... and if so, what about that is less than natural ??

That is what they are saying now..... I find it VERY strange, that they stated so clearly that he was found with two handguns, and a rifle was found in the car, and now they are claiming he had another rifle (because that's what the shots came from), and maybe more handguns!

Can't help but wonder what happened to the second person a teacher reported seeing running past the gym! That detail was in the initial radio calls (think I posted a link for those).

This looks like the original story of three people injured before somehow it became a mass shooting incident
of 27 people.

As I remember it, there were three people shot (allegedly), one in the foot, and a child and another adult killed or seriously wounded.

It even tells about the cop that carried a kid out. Well, I personally have issues with that because unless a building is on fire, they don't move a person. They wait until the emergency squad shows up to prevent further injuries. I am pretty sure they probably had one right up the road at that Fire Station. They do here where I live.

Wait....WHAT?!?!?!?!? The principal, that was supposedly one of the first killed, is reported to have told the Newtown Bee about the incident? Either someone at that paper is totally mistaken, or we are being fed a really large load of manure!

That was right outside the gym.

Where did he come from?
They appear to be running from the direction of the front parking lot. Which I just find extremely odd.
Did he run out from the front door of the school?

Just where did the guy come from before he ran INTO the woods. He wasn't found there cutting wood or otherwise according to the scene captured by helicopter.

What about the cops on the roof? How did they get there? And why?
Were they dropped from a helicopter ladder?

It's the local paper. They would have been pretty familiar with her voice if not her face, so how did she give
this interview.

I do seem to recall that she was one of the 3 in some reports but in this one, she's the one who is telling
the story.
It is very curious.

The only one I've seen parts of was Kaitlin Roiga.
I wish the roster of faculty designated which ones taught first grade and kindergarten.
They would be the only ones to have any important witness info.

If I remember correctly, the radio report stated that this teacher saw "two shooters" running past the gym. I don't know if one was the man who claims he was cutting wood or not, or if that was all later. hard to tell the time frame in those reports, and the audio isn't always as clear as we would like. I got the impression, when I listened to that report, that this was at the beginning of everything, and before they had taken much action. Could be wrong, but that's what I was thinking. I don't think I have seen any mention of that since listening to the radio stuff, though. Nothing in print, anywhere, about that sighting of two suspects together.

Way too much about this makes no sense! Two shooters, one shooter, changed weapons, a principal that was among the first dead apparently reporting to a local news outlet...the weirdness goes on and on.

Yeah, you would think such a small paper would be sure who they were talking to, especially on such an important story! Well, I took a screenshot of that page, in case it vanishes, as "unwanted" news has a way of doing these days!

The worst part of this is that it really is looking more and more like someone set this whole thing up, and I don't mean some poor kid with Asperger's, either. As though that was some mental illness that makes people violent. It is NOT anything like that. It's simply a very mild form of autism, and makes people communicate less, and what not. I have a grandson with Asperger's, and he's a really sweet kid. Those kids are not "emotionally disturbed', and I am appalled at how the media is starting to address that issue. I think he was yet another fall guy, for someone else. There are some really sick people out there that seem to think human lives aren't worth anything. Well, their day will come. God hears. God sees. He doesn't forget, either.

Totally agree Lady.
I don't look for justice in this world but leave it in the hands of GOD.
But, I still feel the need to uncover what is hidden in the now.

I hope we can keep close tabs about the obits and funerals for these people.
I just feel like the name of victims released might not be in stone either (bad pun).
With so many changing IMPORTANT details, I feel it is important to make sure
who these people really are and if they were.
