Umm... They stopped defending this in 2011. That's one year ago, not 15.... Now Justice determined it was in conflict with the Constitution in
February of last year. That's a whole DIFFERENT bone to pick. Justice is executive. Executive doesn't GET to determine what is Constitutional and pick
and choose what to enforce. Congress determines what they think is and the Judicial side gets final say.
Of course, we wouldn't want to confuse this Administration with abstract concepts like limits of power or the fact they have to enforce what Congress
passes...and not what they CHOOSE to enforce.
