I find a few things interesting about the obesity issue. Some of the same people that defend those on welfare won't defend those who are obese.
Obesity is a huge problem in the U.S., and interestingly enought, a big problem with those on welfare and the lower class. I can't tell you how many
people I see in my state using the welfare card in line, that are clearly struggling with weight problems. Huh.
I love food, and I fight eating what I really want daily. I understand why I must, but it is still a fight. I have purpose in my life, which is huge
in my opinion, but fighting that daily bit of satisfaction from something really tasty still remains difficult. This stops me from judging those who
can't fight the fight very well in a harsh manner, because I know how difficult it is. It seems to me that most people sedate themselves with
something. Food, drugs, alchohol, internet, ATS, books, whatever floats your boat, I guess.
