Something like that. NASA and other researchers think that possibly under the rocky surface (including the Methane seas) there is a sub-surface water-ice layer, and under that is a liquid water ocean.

i'd like to see 0.5m resoluton pics of the apollo landng site if we can take pcs that detaled.. all i've seen are the ones from mles away wth a few little whte dots.. and NASA sayng ;there you go, theres your proof, thats the LM and the rover!'

Bollox! its a pic of some lttle whte smudges that you say is the apollo craft!

You can make out the Apollo 11 LRRR (The Lunar Laser Ranging Experiment) in this picture, and the LRRR is roughly 0.5 meters square. You can also see the astronauts' footpaths.





Here is another image, this one of the Apollo 17 site. In this one you can make out the ALSEP package, which was less than 1 meter wide, plus you can clearly see the width of one rover tire track:
