They seem to have adjusted the menu thats all ...here is the way to disable....Disable the SafeSearch filter
Here's how to disable SafeSearch:
1.Visit the Google Preferences page.
2.In the "SafeSearch Filtering" section, select Do not filter my search results.
3.Click Save Preferences.
On the search settings page I see a section for SafeSearch Filtering, but there is no option for "Do not filter my search results."
I see an unchecked option for "filter explicit results", but it seems some moderate filtering is going on at least because I tried searching boobs and it's all non-nude, even without the "filter explicit results". Checking that seems to prevent me from seeing even non-nude boobs which is kind of silly.
