It is worth mentioning that if you are not of sound mind you could end up in prison... or dead. When carrying a weapon, you have to stay alert and be aware of things you would not normally be. It is a real burden to carry a weapon, and past that will require a bit of money and a lot of practice.

A guy is on the radio talking about being told to get on the floor.
He says 'fawk you" jumps up and starts running?
He thinks his gf is in front of him having already run away but it turns out she jumped up after him.
He turns and lets her catch up?

Are these the only two other people running from the scene?
They claim to have run to the apartments nearby.

OK, that's fine. Does that mean the media went to these apartments looking for witnesses?
Or how is it they have you giving this interview?

How did he get away with telling a shooter FU and running away?

The police news conference said they had conflicting reports on what they saw.
They are going to distill these varied statements to a unified scenario.
I don't doubt it a bit.

There is a world of difference in three shooters one in a hockey mask to a person in camo to a single shooter all in black with a ski mask on, bullet-proof vest announcing before the shooting, "I am the shooter".

Is it OK now if I sense another cover up?

I wouldn't be one of the one's that carry it... i would just like to protect home and family if it ever needed to come to that at some point which i pray it never does..

Early reports of any shooting are always disparate as eyewitness testimony, especially in crisis, is highly subjective and unreliable.

People in a panic are often mistaken about what they think they saw. It takes questioning many people and then finding the consistencies in their stories to build a reliable timeline of events.

I mean the person wearing camo to wearing all black is so easily mistaken?
Or a hockey mask looks so similar to a Guy Fawkes mask, to a black ski mask, OF COURSE,
it's easy to see how they could mistake them for one another.

If you are not planning to keep a weapon on your hip, or hide it in a small compartment that is easily accessible, a shotgun is your best bet. That makes my U2U to you void. If you have any questions send me a message. I also used to keep a shotgun in the house before I had a little girl. It is too dangerous to have my weapon anywhere but on me with her in the house.

edit: well I had it in there when she was here, but it was not accessible to even me, let alone her. That also makes it useless if you think about it. Had to clear up that mistake I just made.

Of course it's a cover up what isn't nowadays.

I am just waiting for the more experienced conspiracy theorists to tell me what that cover up is.

So far, it would seem like something insanely deceptive is taking place. We do not have all the dis-info yet though.

I agree this is a known psychological fact which is why eye witness testimonies are not the best to use in court cases because 2 people will view the same person 2 different ways.. no he had black hair.. no it was brown.. he had a green coat.. no it was dark blue hoodie... etc

Listening to the live feed, I've heard several references to a "theater."

While I cannot confirm this 100% - according to the internet, get this:
There is a good probability that Cinemark has a Century theater there, or at least I've read that.

So, rewind to -Aurora -
That shooting also occurred in the direct vicinity of Town Center. (mall)
Happened at a Cinemark (theater)

Gunman assumed to be alone. (one James Holmes)
Armed with a version of AR-15.
Wearing body armor. Mask.
Conflicting descriptions and numbers of shooter/s.
Reports of the gun jamming, ending active shooting.

Similarities much?
Only this time, perhaps the outcome will be different.

Now, please engage brains - and keep all hands and feet inside, it could be a bumpy ride.
Methinks, there could be more to this.

(like apartments, and such)
Escorting a subject, doing search of vehicle now.

This is horrible.
Thoughts go out to anyone affected by this.

That being said, I wonder which branch of service this person served in...
The pattern has become obvious to me by now.

AR-15's jam often if they are not well-maintained. Considering the mental stability of an individual who would commit such an atrocity, I would wager they do not clean their weapon well enough and likely use too much lubricant or too little. I would also wager they are too caught up in their rage to properly clear the jam before everyone runs away.

Other than that my WTF meter is going off too.

The descriptions of the witnesses is not what is causing this. The paintings at Metro-Denver airport combined with Colorado shootings dating back to columbine cause this. Add in the dis info we are getting and WTF.


did they check those cameras and tell us how many shooters there were yet? or did they have to send the video to their Disinfo Processing Center. DPC I just coined a term.

well there have been plenty of public shootings at the mall in recent years... The arizona congress woman comes to mind.. and plenty this summer too.. maybe it's TPTB trying to install fear and panic so they can come and grope us anywhere we go in public... just throwing that out there...

Speaking of that. A CPL holder ended that situation did you know that? It was not her security, it an armed citizen. That is if I remember correctly anyways.

I'm not certain.. i think maybe an off duty guy of some kind but i do believe it wasn't the cops they showed up a few min later.. i'll have to look.

Just popping in to say I am so relieved that you and yours are safe. Thank you for providing us with this information and thanks to all those who helped Ben out while this whole very scary scenario played out. It shows that people do really care here on ats, and it is good to see ATSers come together in a situation such as this. I for one am grateful there are those out there willing to help and provide support....it must have been gut wrenching and i can't even imagine how upset y'all have been...My thoughts are with you and the people of Portland tonight.
