Which members u think are attention whores?

I've suggested a way- not to filter contrary posts out, but to label them, perhaps by using a
different font or background color- if the poster disagrees with the op. This way, posts made by
trolls or attention whores (as you put it) can be easily overlooked - to focus on the topic at
hand. More details are in
thread link.

There hasn't been an official response since it was suggested, which IMHO is to the detriment to
the respect of the OPs creativity... Nobody (at least most ppl) wants to post a sensitive,
potential fringe, or even personal topic just to have to endure a predicted onslaught of attacks
and attempts of misaligning the thread towards a different tangent every time. There should
be an easy way to overlook those detracting posts. On the other hand, my suggestion thread
wasn't deleted.

I've noticed in the last two or three months a dearth of posts recently on ATS.... the home page
lists threads with a mere 18 flags and 17 replies. ATS has changed, and not for the better.

It's so embarrassing. Of course they have to capriciously let everyone know how they feel about it even though it is irrelevant to the topic at hand. But we are talking about a man/woman with possibly an IQ over 90 that can't handle the combination of the words "anal" and "pleasure" in the same sentence...in the year 2012...on the internet....and feels compelled to stop reading because of it, so....not much can be done. We're losing this war!
