Don't know about Daily Sheeple,or Fox.But Fox is reporting that Israel has drawn a RED LINE.Concerning movement of chemical weapons to Hammas.5,4,3,2,1 new anti Israel thread just started.

Since the muslim brotherhood has been committing atrocities in Syria, such as genocide against christians and since congress has not declared war on Syria, I sure hope there is no unconstitutional war launched by our emperor, Obama, in the near future.

Interesting and somewhat hilarious... One would think they would get the manpower correct on the aircraft carrier but apparently they decided to just make it up...

An invasion by 6k sailors with side arms and nothing else is not going to happen and you cant win a ground war with nothing but air power and nothing on the ground to back it up.

The Iwo group only has about 2,500 Marines on board. The total group doesn't come close to 10,000, including sailors on board the ships. It's usually only made up of three or four ships, since they sail with a carrier most of the time.

With the internet and comms these days, you'd be forgiven for assuming '' I '' know where the US Navy is at anyone time.

But, wouldn't it be possible to mass large amounts of craft, people and logistical equipment without reporting it on www.globalsecurity.org?

Ok, so maybe not carrier and destroyers or what not, but how about large numbers of military contractors, perched on any one of the ships 'repurchased' from a ship graveyard?

I think it would be safe to say, there's enough of a Navy presence in the Gulf and Med to warranty a massive cruise missile, drone response, in lieu of a large contractor'ish deployment. Especially if your objectives are basic and achievable.
IE hit and run direct targets, assistance from the rebels.. kinda like what we did in Libya.

I'm no fan of Assad, but there's nothing his attackers have done to show themselves as anything but opportunistic terrorists. Many of those 'rebels' are not even Syrian, which of course means they aren;t rebels they are invaders.

Someone in the West needs to stop this now.

I would point out to you that Obama has done a pretty amazing job standing up to Israel - as good as any electable person probably could.

There's also no real indication of a "planned invasion" no matter what the OP and some crazy blogs might claim.

Much less a few opportunists looking for sparks to a flame. I don't like the margin for error, and I don't trust the anti-Syrian rhetoric I see in the MSM.

I cant agree more. We are sticking our nose in a place it doesn't belong. I have a feeling like many others who have posted before me that many of the civilian attacks are carried out by rebels (Terrorist). I have a hunch that many of the leaders that are in the Free Syrian Army are affiliated with Al Qaeda.
