Prime Minister Medvedev talks about the reality of aliens in Russia, thinking he was off microphone

After a one and a half hour interview with 5 journalists, Medvedev discusses the more sensitive topics with them, thinking the mics were off. The interview is in Russian with Dutch subtitles.

Here is my translation of the subtitles (I am bilingual Dutch/English):

"Along with the briefcase containing the nuclear codes, Putin receives a special file. This file contains ultra-secret information about the aliens that visited our planet. It also contains a report about the absolutely secret special units who control the aliens in our country. More detailed information about this subject can be found in the popular movie Men in Black. There are several of these movies. I will not tell you how many aliens are in our country because that could cause panic."

The Belgian commentator is saying that he also discussed Putin's "always being late for appointments, on purpose", which is something that could get Medvedev into serious trouble.
