My thoughts exactly!

From reading about it, it's oil on water, so the water is not moved a lot, that's how it remains still and not affect the entire lot when he disturbs it.

But that look so much like it's done on a touch screen, it's got the same latency.. could easily do it on a large enough device. I had to check to make sure this was real and not a trap!

The only thing I can fine is it seems to be chinese, not hard to believe if so my net usage has been slowed so most pages are not loading,
