I'm so talented at it that I manage to destroy the English language even with a powerful and complex computer, with spell check, trying to stop me.

Somewhere, my spellcheck is sitting at a bar, with a black eye, drunk and crying.

True story.

1. Apostrophe out of place.
2. Comma required after the first word.
3.

The best part was when they all had the internet at their fingertips and the ability to check spelling on the fly.

Yeah we should forgive people who look at a word and think "Nahh I don't think that looks right.. I could google it, check it with the spelling checker, or even grab a dictionary. But who cares... I don't care.. I'm perfectly happy to remain ignorant."

Ahhh who needs a learnin'..

When you stop trying to be a Wizard, young Heff, you may realise the problem was not where the spells were, but how you cast then!

I'm not being a grammar cop, but do you mean W.B. Yeats, the poet?

ETA Sometimes it is good to be vigilant with your spelling, so as to avoid a miscommunication as such. Now, poor Mr. W.D. Yeats will forever be known as a person with inadequate grammar skills.

In the final line of the OP, you should probably stick a comma after 'Grammar Police'.

Google toolbar has spell check, you just click it and it highlights any errors and gives you alternatives.

Hope this helps. " Dyslexics lure KO" !

What is your point? That bad grammar and spelling should be embraced? I can't see any other point that you could be making. Good grammar and spelling doesn't make you smarter, I don't know who said it does, but bad grammar and spelling makes you appear less educated. Grammar police are a good thing. Learn from them to make others think you graduated from secondary school.
