Inshort, this was no more a nuclear test than cracking an egg open is an omelet.

Sanctions, No fly zone and a warning from the international community must be presented to the UN.

I really like the part where they say they are "testing the safety of nuclear weapons".

I know. Stupid joke but still funny.

Imagine a comic strip with a mad scientist with a US flag on his shirt running a test on a nuke with a sign above him that says "safety test".
