Not sure if this was posted, but I thought this was pretty cool. A large green fireball was spotted this morning at 6:45am all around Texas. Apparently it exploded and people could hear it. Then it fizzled out. Here is the link to a few stories and pictures.

Another poster was talking about meteors in the UK and there was a post about burning electrical poles in Texas.

Thought it was interesting. I wonder if it could all be related. I don't know much about this stuff.

Thanks. I guess my search for "meteor" didn't pull that thread up.

And why would they post a meteor under UFO's and Aliens?

If you read the other thread, the OP didn't know what the lights were.

fyi a green metoer means that particular object has never been this close to the sun,

as the gasses which it is required to poses in order to burn the color green are easily totaly burned off the first time it reaches whatever distance it is to the sun, the next time it comes around to that distance to the sun any gasses remaining do not allow the green color,

i researched green meteors a year or so ago after i had what i thought to be a potentialy prophetic dream about green metoers
