Religion shows you that the freedom of speech is a myth. Religion shows you that the freedom to bear arms is idiotic.

If it wasnt for religion id agree with you, but the world cant get any further untill people who tell lies and kill others under the direction of an imaginary sky daddy are removed from this earth.

what are you talking about, stalin killed millions, pol pot killed millions, mao zedong's policies lead to the death of over 45 million people, hitler, well who knows what he believed, but i don't remember Jesus saying throw babies into ovens.

what do they have in common, like you they didn't believe in "sky daddies" or ignored Him out right, but that didn't stop them from becoming the worst mass murderers evil pieces of crap the world has ever seen.

maybe if they had faith in God, history would have turned out a lot different.

I do agree that Religion has kept the human populace's mind trapped.

Pol pot used the buddist zealots to carry out his orders. They had been killing eachother for hundreds of years prior for religious reasons.

His parents were Christian and his mother was especially devout.
