usgs has another quake posted for a 6.2 for off the Eastern coast of Honshu. A 7.3 and now another already. I do wonder how the nuke plants are doing relevant to all of this. Those poor folks.

Those poor people! My thoughts and prayers are with them.

Is it too early to tell of damages on land? How long until the tsunami makes landfall?

In Japan an 7.5 earthquake so far from the coast will cause no damage. Tsunami excluded.

great to hear no harm done as of right now.

I just hope it didn't really bother fukushima and that the tsunami won't be bad.

No problems there. Actually the plants are pretty safe. Only a very big tsunami can reach them.

On my newsfeed, even some people who never believed in something happening on the 21st are kind of scared.

Not saying that this is linked to it but I guess if you think about 2 weeks from then you just can't help but wonder.

Mostly a coincidence though.

The National Bouy Center of NOAA is showing lots of action on their map. Those ocean bouys are really rockin from Japan area and a good distance up above in the ocean also. Not sure what, if anything that all may signify. Hoping for safety for all concerned in any of the affected areas!
