It's a rock. Sorry.

It's always a rock isn't it? Or maybe it's a spent Chinese lantern? LOL

If you're going to post a worthless sarcastic reply, at least make sense.

Says the person who posted "It's a rock. Sorry" With Zero explanation.

I don't know what it is but it looks like a rodent and I'm pretty sure I see an eye where the eye would be placed if it were in fact alive.

Do you seriously need an explanation? Wow, ok then.

Mars is a planet made of rock, it's covered in rocks, the photo depicts many rocks surrounding an object that is clearly a rock, matching all the other rocks in colour and size.

Sorry that I didn't provide an explanation to go with my ridiculous theory that it's a rock.

It's not necessarily even photoshopped. If you look at millions of random rock shapes, some of them will resemble things that we know.

The problem with that is the source image is from NASA , if it was a rodent wouldn't they have photo shopped it out ?
Its a Rock .

How do you KNOW it's a rodent and not a rock? Have you been there? Have you examined the object in question first-hand? Or are you just basing this off of what you see and what your brain is interpreting the object to be?

I know this is a case of Pareidolia because we see examples of this happening every day of our lives. Seeing faces in clouds, random shapes made from the chaos of dots on the ceiling, making faces out of rocks you see, etc. This rock is just another case of Pareidolia.

Are you being serious? Sometimes it is hard to tell on forums.

Do you actually think this is anything more than a rock? What kind of "NASA fraud" are you talking about? There are few organizations with as much transparency as NASA who freely releases pretty much everything they capture on film.

Common sense would do the trick... Rodents alone cannot live like that... there is something called the Ecosystem

Where are the plants, the insects and the predator?.

Now I want to play Baldur's Gate 2 again.

"Squeaky wheel get's the kick!"

"Go for the eyes Boo!"

On topic: Yeah, pareidolia. It looks like a rodent but it's a rock. It's the same thing as the 'face' on Mars.

Actually its you that just jump to a faster then light conclusion again, personally I have not concluded anything yet, I prefer to deny ignorance and take every subject seriously and do my own research instead of following the flood of ignorance and world of chines lanterns

But don't get me wrong, I love you as you naysayers are, please don't change a thing, it entertains me

For some of us it doesn't take long to recognize a rock. For others, well...
