Chat Changes in the near future....

another heads up The current off-server chat solution appears not to be highly utilized lately. This solution is costing about $40/month, and doesn't appear to be worth the cost given the level of interest by ATS members. We'll be moving to an alternative in the near future... likely something based on Flash... and a lower cost.

Oh well. If its not meeting a good money ratio then in all fairness it should be scrapped.

I eagerly await new advances in ATS chat technology.

Soon, we will introduce a new chat solution that does not require monthly subscription fees. The new chat will be Flash-based, not Java-based. If the existing chat suddenly becomes unavailable... it's because I turned it off while getting the new chat ready. (fair warning)
