Savitri Devi, whose birth name was Maximiani Portas, was one of the most compelling figures to emerge from the wreckage of post-War National Socialism. More than any single figure, it was Devi who would carry the torch of occult National Socialism through the grim period following World War II. Through her writings and her personal example, she would inspire a new generation of National Socialists to explore the occult byways of racial mysticism that were once blazed by such 19th century German figures as Guido von List and such Third Reich figures as Heinrich Himmler.

I think the eau de vie is getting to you, Nans: but, in fact, this dreary old bat is very well known. The chap to search for is Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke who wrote a book called "Black Sun" (only 65% drivel) about her.
I'm fairly sure it's still in print.
In fact, she was largely an agitator who used a mish-mash of Hindu gibberish in an attempt to inspire the Indian peasantry to rise up against the benevolent rule of His Majesty, the King Emperor, and aid the Japs in WWII ( "Bose" is the name of the principal stinker).
Happily, the vast majority of the sub-Continentals ignored her drivel.
Search the author above or say Devi+ Hitler and I'm sure you'll find a great deal.
But, I shouldn't bother.

I tryied DEVI+HITLER on altavista and only had 15 results in France and only 1875 results worldwide.
Maybe ALTAVISTA is not a good search engine...
