5.7 earthquake 30 miles west of Anchorage

Friends in Alaska just reported on FB that they had a pretty good shaking from a 5.7 quake. They said it made them feel they were on jello!

I saw this today on my app. I hope everyone is ok.

I have a friend out there too, she mentioned that there was swaying going on. This one actually scared her a little (she's lived there for years and has been through many EQs)...... She guessed a 7.0 when it first happened, so when I checked it out I was surprised to find it was a 5.8.....

My friends reported this was a scary one because of the motion and duration of the quake. How about you quake expert monitors any concerns or is this just another Alaskan quake?
