They can be used! It won't effect the contest. But... having said that.. Please, everyone, as a courtesy, since this is a contest and not the standard avatar creations thread: If you see an entry you'd like to use, please PM the artist who created it and ask permission first!

its hard to keep track of all the entries when spread out on various pages and some of em are even not entries.

How about, when the deadline is reached you gather all the official entries in this thread and make a new thread and post all the entries in the OP with entry number and names.

It would also be more fair to the ones that post their entry later in the congestion, because the ones that posted first in this thread will be viewed by most people and get most stars

It's a great idea, use this thread just as a place to submit entries. Then after the cut-off date round them up, post them together in a new thread with a unique #ID number and let users cast their votes by posting which number they like. One vote per person. Simple.

I added "entry #1" to your avatar...but you probably need to ask one of the avatar gurus to have it resized to be able to use it.....it's cute and cool...but too big....
