Actually the only people we KNOW who have lied in this case is the media, the lead investigator, and the prosecutor as shown at the bond hearing. So far GZ has not been PROVEN to have lied as they have. That is the reason that no matter what really happened GZ should walk.

Of course he wouldn't need the money if he just committed suicide right? Are you for that? It costs a lot to defend yourself in court. As to trusting the court by the way, what do you do when you no longer can? This case turned political when Z was called a white man. By the time it was straightened out that he was Hispanic it was already too late. There was to much politics involved. To many people had injected to much skin into the game to demonize him. They could no longer afford the chance of being seen as the idiots they are.

No former judges and prosecutors have stated SYG won't apply in this case, I don't know how 10 20 Life couldn't apply when a gun is involved?

I heard it on talk radio here where a former Florida prosecutor stated it and there were two articles I read two or three months ago in the Orlando sentinel where that is what was stated from a former judge.

Like I said before after this is over he can become a paid speaker for the NRA. It doesn’t instill any doubt in my mind I can’t think of why it should.

We can't have a society where someone shoots someone and law enforcement automatically takes that persons version without an investigation!

You see, we also cant have a society where someone shoots someone in self-defense and law enforcement proclaims them guilty.

In reality, these cases tend to end up like this: when there is no evidence of an assault, the shooter is convicted of manslaughter. When there is evidence of an assault (such as injuries on the shooter and injured knuckles on the shot one), then the shooter walks.

Z is a white man, he's white hispanic. I know his mother is hispanic, but what culture do they subscribe? Though his color really isn't the main issue. If it were a black man who had shot a kid and yelled SYG I would still think it should be investigated.

Is that what you think happened? That is a pretty big leap in logic you just made. It should me mentioned that nothing supports your hypothesis. Can you explain how Martins knuckles received the bruises? For someone to believe that kind of stories they would have to ignore every piece of evidence available.

So if a court of law finds him innocent, and Z walks, you’re not going to be happy with the results? You do know how the judicial system works, right, or are you only happy when the results appease you?

You need to stop crying like a baby and face the facts. Z is going to walk, and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it! There should be no repercussions is he is found innocent. For you to say that his life will be hell if he walks it a joke! The court will have decided, and it shouldn’t go any farther than that.
