well thx to everyone for the suggestions and support.... I have put on 4 kilos = woooo hooo and have not changed my diet that much... just eating lots
of little snacks in between main meals and NOT skipping meals.
just now I had pasta, advocado and eggs ... no meat as usual but pfft lol
oh I am eating an advocado everyday, it is almost like I am craving them... and they are a good meat replacement.
