I love the clean lines portrayed in the style you reference.
Where I am at right now is defining my own "style". While I do have occasional need of engineering an image for promotional needs, etc, the
majority of what I am doing here at this time is actual "art". Toying with colors, textures, contrasts, and various effects.
And glancing over what I have done, i can see a definite "artistic style" begininning to develop. Should i fight against this to avoid
predictability and ensure utility and usefulness? Or should I embrace it and continue down the path I am on?
This is a question I have asked myself over the last couple of days. And one I have yet to answer.
I would suppose that i will continue to move around, toying with different styles. I actually spent about a 2 weeks toying with nouveau concepts. It
is entirely possible that I will move into other areas of art as well.
Thanks for point that specific thought out to me.
