How do I know if I'm a Pro or a Rookie? I always think I'm doing well until ImAMarty shows up, wherein I realize I know nothing at all.

I know the feeling. I feel that way whenever anyone posts a avatar... That's okay though because I like to see the creative side of the ATS community.

This is something that was done in some of the older competitions.

I believe it's intended to attract folks who have never really created avatars and/or digital artwork and want to give it a shot (example: customers of this thread)

If you've been active in this thread as a creator at any level... you should be entering as "Pro"

DTOM, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, it was done before...the old criteria was that a "pro" couldn't ask for help...and that anyone who needed help could ask for help but was considered a "rookie"
To make it easier....anyone who created artwork in this thread is a "pro" ............ all others are rookies"

ETA: Just realized the image is 211x280, and not sized to avatar specs. ATS automatically crops an image that is out of spec. I'll wait to see if bfft comes up with anything interesting before doing more.

Personally, I would speed the lazy wink up by double for a better effect.

Have at it. I only animated the static avatar she had, and didn't think hers was flirting with mine. She didn't want anything mind wretching, and I was waiting to see if bfft comes up with a nice background to work with. The animation will need redone, once the image is proper size, so yeah.

I guess our avatars are flirting.

Gotta fix that. Creepy.

Just got home from work. You wouldn't believe the day I have had.

Gonna get a bite to eat, then work on her avi. I got to bed in 2 hours or so....itll be up by then.

well...nothing flashy. At least, not flashier than it was. I thought about extracting the lady and doing something with her....perhaps I should see what Smylee wants before doing that (instead of making an entry for the contest, that is).

Hello all you talented brilliant folks. I'm new here and it appears that I need a spectacular avatar for this spectacular site. If anyone is willing and has the time to design one for me I would be so appreciative.

In my head I am seeing----a fallen angel type lady with wings and horns--falling from a heaven type place about to land on earth with an ATS logo as the landing point. FreeFalling of course lol. Any takers?
