Tenth, I wanted to quote this in it's entirety because you yourself have a preconceived belief that all Christians are bad because they hate you for the sole fact you are Gay. It's a non factor for me. I think its a sin, but so is fantasizing about another woman, so is porn, so is drinking, or smoking , wearing a mini skirt, getting a breast augmentation, fighting, ect

When in reality you guys are actually tons 'o' fun.

They don't hate gays, they just hate sinners, and basically everything that has to do with having fun, and other people having fun. (minus the fighting)

Its pretty simple to understand actually. I hate homosexual actions such as tongue kissing men on men, and ##snipped## To me that is sick and I hate it. I can hate and even despise those actions without hating the people. If they are generally good people who do not try to hurt others and are not malicious, then I have no reason to hate them as people. I would stand up for them if they were attacked, I would give them food and shelter if they needed, but I will never ever condone their homosexual actions. This is precisely how I can* hate homosexuality but not hate all homosexual people.

Two people being in a "loving relationship" is fine. I have a loving relationship with my male friends, but we are not homosexual. To me, it is people like you who have fooled themselves into thinking that abnormal sexual relations are ok and normal. Clearly they are abnormal. Trying to use an excuse of "there are wild animals which exhibit gay tendencies" is even further disgusting. Wild animals also kill one another on whatever whims. Wild animals are just that, "wild animals". Furthermore, any homosexual traits observed among animals is clearly extremely minimal. Some gays act as if there is some huge community of gay animals. That is laughable! LOL

Who said anything about "keeping a secret"? I don't have to keep it a secret that I myself as a man, when I see certain attractive women, I would most certainly enjoy a full night of wine, chocolate, candles, massage, kisses and romance. The physical things that my body lusts after are immoral, but I do not go around advertising that in the open as "ok", and "normal". It is normal to feel all sorts of urges, but we as humans have to fight them to a certain extent and preserve order. Homosexuality is very clearly in violation of nature. I challenge any homosexual to fast for just one week and pray, then see how they feel? Homosexuals who claim to be "christians" and follow the bible are the most amazing. The bible clearly states that homosexuality is an abomination. CLEARLY it states this lol. Trying to deny it or change it is simply twisting what is plain and simple to read and comprehend. Spiritual sickness.....the native Americans knew it for long, the older tribes of Africa knew it for long, many cultures in Europe have known it for long. Its twisted.

I assume that you are never forced to watch or participate in these activities, so, we can establish that you are only confronted with these actions in your own mind and own visualisations. I am sure you must hate that.

Those are not light hearted words and although they are your opinion and your belief, they are hateful in nature. You choose to judge ALL people who identify as homosexual by the terms you outlined above.

You claim that they have a spiritual sickness, yet claim not to have anything against gay people? That logic just doesn't hold up, I'm sorry.

Your argument seems to be religious in nature as well according to your text, although I could be mistaken. If that's the case, then again, you cannot claim that you hold no ill will against Homosexuals when you use the rhetoric in your post.

You are misquoting me. I said that homosexuality to me is the list of adjectives you just quoted. If you want to think and say I hate gay people as people, no one can force you to say or think otherwise. Still you are welcome to be my friend and I am your friend. I treat gay people as I treat all other people, and I help them the same as I help anyone else. I certainly do not "hate" gay people as people. I can hate someones actions without hating them. I hate my actions when I lose my temper and say sharp words to someone I love. I hate when I see a beautiful woman in public and think something sexual about her. I hate when I am selfish and ignore someone I love even if I didnt mean it. I hate all of those actions, but I do not hate myself.

I have noticed a definite pattern of homosexual people counter-labeling others who do not specifically agree with them. You label me full of hatred when you are in total error. I challenge you to go on a weeks fast and prayer in full earnestness. I challenge you to do this and pray to God asking him to show you definitively if homosexuality is right or wrong. A gay person has never done it and they never will. If they did, they will eat their feet=)

Stop labeling others simply because they do not share your views. Homosexuality is not race nor is it a color. It is a sexual preference.

I do not sit around thinking of homosexual actions. When I am watching a tv show which I would otherwise at least semi-enjoy, and I see two people talking about homosexual activities or engaging in it, then I consider that as being pushed upon me. I then of course switch to something else or quit watching it. This is a public forum where people discuss issues and share their opinions. If my opinions bother you so much, then don't read them. See how that works, "my friend"? =)

Christianity teaches that everyone is a sinner so your use of the word hate here is perplexing. I've heard many Christians say, "love the sinner not the sin." I think that is probably more in line with what they believe, at least the ones that don't pick and choose who to love. Remember just because one person who claims to be a Christian is an arse doesn't mean they all are. That would be stereotyping.

Let me be clear...I do not care one bit what people do in the bedroom, but they have no business carrying it into the classroom. In my view that is an abomination. It is clear that there are some individuals who feel they have a right to come into the classroom and moralize at children to accept them and all their activities, and there are liberals in education and as in the case of Gov Brown, politicians willing to force this stuff on kids. The fact that they deliberately want to challenge Christian parents and turn their children is a true example not of tolerance but of a need to force their opinions on others.
You have completely failed to understand this point, and even have condemned the minister because he is Christian, and judged his motive, which you clearly cannot possibly have known.
What would you prefer he do? Let me guess, he should run and shout from the housetops all the wonderful things of being gay and go into the classrooms and teach the wonders of it.....then you will not criticize him?

Sheesh - ThirdEye, nowhere in any school anywhere, is anyone trying to teach kids that it's wonderful being gay. The "agenda" is to teach kids to treat all others who aren't hurting anyone with equality and respect. To understand that we can all contribute to our society, regardless of our differences. It doesn't matter what your religion is - separation of church and state, remember? Teaching kids there have been great people in history who were gay is like teaching kids there have been great people in history who were black, or who were women. I wouldn't have any problem with them teaching about great people in history who were Christian, as long as they also talk about great people in history who were Muslim, Jewish, atheist, etc.

Yeah, I know, you're all about only teaching math and science, but social studies is an important subject as well, and shouldn't be just up to the parents to teach. Teaching religious principles IS up to the parents, so any parent is free to teach their children intolerance if they so wish - there is no law stopping them (unfortunately). Then, it's up to the kid to decide which of the two paths he wants to take.

Perhaps it was more trying to educate children not to hate gay people since it is rampant all throughout your school life. Being homosexual is the largest taboo in school between children/teens by a long shot. I can not recall how many times I heard ignorant children calling a person a "fag", "gay", or "homo". They are by far the most popular insults going around these days. Even when something seems stupid or annoying they will say "that's so gay" or "how gay".

I find it much more likely that this new protocol in education is to try and combat what I mentioned rather then push some grand "communist/marxist agenda to undermine the family unit". How many people get gay bashed? Now how many get straight bashed? Kinda makes sense why they teach this stuff eh?

In any case, enough with this "communist agenda" crap. The soviet union is gone, and I think we need to move past the anti-communist rhetoric that was drilled into people's heads during the cold war. Now that was taught well in school, how carried away the fear and persecution of communists was during that time and how the government had people so paranoid they where "seeing communists in their soup". In fact, that would be the more prevalent agenda if I ever saw one. Go ahead, call me a shill but you know its true. The bigger threat is the tyrannical domination by the US during that time anyways. We just wanted to crush the one competing form of government to further our own agenda of eventually controlling the globe. I think the US did a masterful job of it if you ask me, ever hear of a planned practitioner? Nothing in that conflict was random, each event was another step toward imposing our draconian agenda on the world.
