When the pigs fly! At least yours are less swinish than ours in Canada. A few years as a trained seal in parliament gets you a six figure lifetime pension. Meanwhile the waiting list for important medical procedures grows. Reminds me of the Billy Bragg song "Ideologies Clashing" Where "the patient minions expect a little more back for their taxes" and all they get is "old men grinding axes"

I don't know about less swinish, a lot of british MPs are claiming expenses to pay a mortgage on a second home. I don't mean they're claiming for something else and using the money for a mortgage, they are actually getting the british taxpayer to buy them a house. TOOT TOOT, the gravy train has arrived!
