And land and land taxes. Land is very high and you never own it, you're renting it from the government and when you fall behind the IRS will come in
and evict you. I would be able to build twice the size for half the price if only I could find land I can afford...as if.:/
Edit to add:
I would use block it's cheaper and can be found recycable and withstands much more winds and stuff and also no termites.
