First of all the Conservative Right narcissism starts with their ethnocentralistic views of the world namely in keeping with "fundamental values" no
matter the cost to people of other ethnicity, religion, etc. Because of these enthocentralistic views of their beliefs any attempt to change anything
that doesn't fit their world view will cause them to be go completely insane with anger because that is what happens to narcissistic ethnocentral
views.
