The picture certainly looks weird, but I believe it is one of those ice dunker types. Looks like someone chopped a hole in the ice and went for a swim or fell in.

Here. Looks like someone got frozen in the water.

Looks like a person under ice. What do you need explained? Could be real, could be a movie fake, or it could be photoshopped.

Since I don't know where you got it what do you think it is?

By the way, if there is ever an image that you don't understand, go to images.google.com. From there you drag the image from the website it's on and put it in the search bar on Google Images. It will search for that particular image on Google.

I don't know what it is but I'm betting whatever it is wishes the asshole taking pictures would stop taking pictures and help it before it drowns or freezes to death.

Looks to me like one of those insane "polar bear" people who like to cut a hole in the ice and take a dip in frozen water. Time the picture right and light would do the rest ( make it appear as though the person was trapped under ice )

I thought those were antlers un the upper right. I didn't see the hand at first. I still think they look like antlers.

The "antlers" IMO are simply the ripples in the water refracting the light/reflection of the mans form - specifically his raised arm. A prism effect.
