Is there a way to see the post that are replies to your post on a thread or do I have to scroll through the whole thread?

It's under tools -- Messages and then replies.
Go to your profile, and you can see what threads you have posted on. It should take you right to your post too.

Go to your messages by clicking tools...next to myATS. Once there, click on replies and you can see who has replied to one of your posts.

I hope that was clear enough.

Yes.

It's under tools -> Messages and then replies. That lists all the posts where people have clicked "reply" on one of your posts

I am wondering if I should be blunt.

That particular function is not all that useful. Could we not display the list by Thread and possibly time. If your thread is extremely active you just get a long list and then have to check each individually. If they were grouped by thread and time elapsed you could find what you are looking for.
